Description

We’re looking for a Manager, Talent & Culture to lead our talent partnering agenda across the business in a highly embedded, business-led model. This role sits at the intersection of talent, culture, org health, and business performance — partnering closely with leaders, People & Culture squads, local markets, and regional functions to bring our Talent & Culture strategy to life in a way that is practical, tailored, and impactful.

This role is for someone who knows how to translate strategy into execution on the ground. You will act as a strategic talent partner to the business, ensuring our talent lifecycle is embedded end-to-end, our culture agenda lands where it matters most, and our leaders have the insights, tools, and support to build strong, healthy organizations.

You will also play a critical role in driving AI enablement across your domains by deploying talent, learning, and culture programs designed by the central team, helping the business adopt new ways of working and scale smarter.

  • Partner closely with business leaders and People & Culture squads to embed the Talent & Culture agenda across local markets and regional functions.
  •
  • Act as a trusted talent partner to senior stakeholders, translating business strategy into tailored talent and culture priorities for each function or domain.
  •
  • Drive the end-to-end execution of the talent lifecycle across your areas of ownership, including talent development, performance, learning, employee experience, and org health.
  •
  • Bring central Talent & Culture strategies, frameworks, and programs to life in a way that is business-led, locally relevant, and operationally strong.
  •
  • Stay close to the business and be visible on the ground, building strong relationships with leaders and teams across markets and functions to understand needs, diagnose issues, and drive adoption.
  •
  • Own and monitor org health across your domains, using data and insights to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities, and report back with clear recommendations and action plans.
  •
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen team effectiveness, culture, and leadership capability, ensuring talent decisions support both business performance and long-term health.
  •
  • Lead the deployment of AI enablement initiatives across the business by rolling out learning, talent, and ways-of-working programs designed by the central team, helping teams adopt technology with confidence and impact.
  •
  • Lead and coach a team of Talent Partners, creating clarity, strong execution, and a high-performance team environment.
  •
  • Ensure execution is consistent, scalable, and high quality, while allowing for the flexibility needed to tailor solutions to different business realities.
  •
  • Act as the voice of the business back into the central Talent & Culture team, sharing insights, feedback, and needs to continuously improve strategy and design.
  • rtner closely with business leaders and People & Culture squads to embed the Talent

What did we order?

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, and Culture enablement.
  •
  • Strong experience in a talent partnering or business partnering model, with a proven track record of working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing across functions.
  •
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end talent lifecycle and how to translate talent and culture strategy into business impact.
  •
  • Experience driving initiatives across areas such as talent management, leadership development, learning, employee experience, culture, and org health.
