Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Manager, Talent Management Operations, you will sit within HR’s Talent Management organization and will play a key role in the execution and administration of talent management processes, supporting the organization’s strategic HR initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Management Operations, this role will ensure smooth operations of talent programs and provide data-driven insights to improve effectiveness.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the design and development of Talent Management strategic initiative charters and KPIs
  • Support program management and tracking, as well as data collection and reporting to drive a single view and understanding of Talent Management activities at any given time
  • Generate and analyze reports on key talent metrics, providing insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Conduct vendor and contract management; operate as a key point of contact for Global Procurement, when needed
  • Evaluate and monitor intake / demand against resource allocation to drive insights around efficiency and Talent Management’s service level to the business
  • Support Talent Management’s budget design and tracking, as well as the design of processes used within Talent Management to request and spend budget
  • Drive Talent Management organization meeting design and cadence (e.g., All Hands meetings, Lunch and Learns, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to identify and implement process improvements in talent operations.
  • Monitor projects, learning curriculum, and participation at a macro level to track ROI and identify synergistic opportunities
  • Maintain learning intake and monitoring when needs span full enterprise as opposed to target populations
  • Determine and implement technology and other resources that can automate and drive efficiency within Talent Management
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure seamless program administration and implementation
  • Manage and maintain talent management systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Support change management efforts related to talent programs and system enhancements, as well as Learning Operations and Learning governance, as needed
