EDUCATION LEVEL

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, adult education, economic development or a relevant field.
Completion of, or working towards, CHRP/CHRL designation preferred.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, adult education, economic development or a relevant field.
  • Completion of or working towards a CHRP/CHRL designation considered an asset.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience in work-integrated learning in a post-secondary setting.
  • Proven track record in employer engagement and program development.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Canadian labour laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Expertise in labour market trends, employer engagement, and talent development.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coaching abilities.
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive student/employer issues.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
