Title: MSP Ops Manager Location: Visp, Switzerland Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are hiring an MSP Ops Manager to join our Sourceright division. What you get to do: Coordinate day-to-day delivery across recruiters, sourcers, and administrators to ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved. Monitor client satisfaction levels, escalates risks, and provides timely corrective actions. Prepare reports, dashboards, and business reviews for internal and client stakeholders. Implement standardized processes and tools, ensuring alignment with delivery best practices. Support training and mentoring of junior staff to build delivery capabilities.
