Ensure service consistency, quality, on-time delivery, and compliance across all processes Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Build trusted relationships with Recruiters, TA leaders, Hiring Managers, and HR business partners to optimize the operating model and continuously improve Oversee the maintenance of process documentation and knowledge content to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams Collaborate with HR Technology on issue resolution, system enhancements, and usability improvements Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Ability to apply systems thinking and data-driven decision-making to improve operations and team performance Demonstrated adaptability to changing business conditions and role evolution Commitment to developing others and fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement Experience leading or mentoring others in an operational or service-oriented environment Proven ability to leverage data and feedback to improve team performance and operational efficiency Experience with HR systems, preferably Oracle, ServiceNow, and Eightfold Experience with global hiring processes, i.e., interview scheduling, offer delivery, onboarding, and new employee orientation
