As a Technical Architect - Workday, you will actively engage with business stakeholders and project teams to provide strategic analysis and solution design to shape the development of architectural solutions in line with the clients mission and strategy.
Taking a holistic, end to end, view of development, integration, interfacing and synchronization to define and articulate the application landscape in line with the business requirements.

3. ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with excellent communication skills, able to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be confident leading architectural discussions, challenging assumptions, and designing solutions that meet both current and future needs.

You will have:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect within Workday environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools (e.g., Studio, EIB, PECI, Core Connectors).
  • Experience in designing and implementing data and reporting architectures.
  • A track record of involvement in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, security best practices, and enterprise design standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Consulting experience (preferred) with the ability to work across multiple client environments.

2. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Technical Architect with proven experience in Workday integrations and solution architecture to join our growing team. This role will be central to designing, implementing, and optimising integration solutions across Workday and other enterprise systems, ensuring data flows are efficient, secure, and aligned to business needs.
In addition to Workday integrations, you will provide architectural leadership for data and reporting solutions, shaping the strategy and technical design to deliver actionable insights and support organisational decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the solution architecture design for Workday integrations, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with best practices.
  • Designing and delivering data and reporting architectures that meet business intelligence and analytics requirements.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Overseeing integration testing, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
  • Ensuring architecture aligns with enterprise standards, security policies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Supporting Workday implementation projects from design through to go-live, providing technical governance and quality assurance.
