  • FAA A&P Certifications.
  • Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement experience.

  • Partner with Tech Ops leadership teams to identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives for establishing industry leading processes.
  • Drive collaboration amongst stakeholders, including frontline personnel, in the development and implementation of changes.
  • Work closely with frontline operational leaders in the planning, deployment, and sustainment of standardized processes.
  • Establish metrics for both systems and production and develop sustainable monitoring plans.
  • Support the development and delivery of a comprehensive Tech Ops strategy for Re-engineering the Business.
  • Draft policy revisions and supporting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
