Manager - Technical Resilience & Recovery
Are you passionate about ensuring customers can use our products?
Do you take an interest in developing strategies to safeguard systems and data?
About Team:
We collaborate across the business to reduce our exposure to external and internal technical risks. We put controls in place and regularly review and test our systems to ensure they meet recovery targets. We are “trusted partners” to the business and Technology teams to understand their priorities.
About Role:
You will lead the execution of a robust ongoing Technical Resilience strategy, engaging with multiple stakeholders as we look to ensure the successful final delivery of a resilience uplift programme, as well as defining processes and tools to ensure that resilience remains a key ongoing component of our products and services.
You will report effectively on progress to multiple groups. You will ensure risk points are identified and communicated effectively, to allow decisions to be taken. You will work with teams to plan effective remediation where necessary and be able to justify the benefits of doing so. This will include a key focus on the threats posed by technical failure, data integrity, and security events.
