MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management.
  • Proven experience in business requirements analysis and solution development in collaboration with stakeholders and IT leaders.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, the software development lifecycle, and project management tools (i.e. JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience leading software development projects utilizing an Agile methodology (ideally, Scrum).ist essential qualifications—experience, certifications, licenses, technical skills, or capabilities needed on day one.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM platform

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will enable global green building certification and performance improvement through the planning, coordination, and execution of the Arc platform’s development. The ideal candidate will assist in managing project timelines, liaising with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders and IT leaders to develop effective solutions that meet organizational needs.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and business analysts to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and project scopes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and IT leaders to develop, evaluate, propose, and implement technical solutions that align with business goals.
  • Coordinate activities among cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress on initiatives and report on key metrics, risks, and issues.
  • Support the preparation of technical documentation, test plans, and user guides.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
  • Assist in the design and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) campaigns.
  • Assist with change management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
