The Opportunity:
Join Procom as our next Manager, Technology & Enablement and play a pivotal role in shaping how we use technology to power the future of staffing.
In this role, you’ll lead the optimization and advancement of our front-office technology stack from ATS/CRM platforms and AI-enabled tools to job boards and sales intelligence systems. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our systems are reliable, data is clean, and every technology investment delivers measurable ROI.
As a key partner to both internal teams and external vendors, you’ll drive adoption, resolve issues, and champion continuous improvement. From managing vendor relationships to supporting day-to-day users, you’ll be the go-to expert who makes sure our technology not only works but works smarter enabling our recruiters, sales teams, and clients to succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the adoption of AI-driven tools across ATS/CRM, job boards, and sales intelligence platforms.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies that deliver measurable ROI and align with long-term business goals.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure tools are innovative, reliable, and driving business impact.
  • Oversee day-to-day ATS/CRM administration, including user access, system configurations, and data integrity.
  • Act as the go-to expert for front-office technology support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain system health, security compliance, and consistent user experience across the organization.
  • Design and deliver training programs that ensure teams are confident, effective, and fully leveraging available tools.
  • Create scalable, repeatable training materials to support new hires and ongoing user development.
  • Build a network of subject matter experts to support technology adoption across departments.
  • Develop and maintain automations that streamline workflows and improve efficiency for recruiting and sales teams.
  • Build dashboards and analytics that provide leaders with actionable insights on productivity, adoption, and ROI.
  • Use data to identify gaps, recommend process improvements, and measure the impact of technology initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring technology decisions support growth and efficiency.
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and measurable outcomes for every rollout.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, and Client Services to improve workflows and maximize the value of technology investments.
  • Manage relationships with key technology vendors, including ATS/CRM, AI, and sales intelligence providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and SLAs to ensure vendors deliver on performance, adoption, and ROI expectations.
  • Continuously assess new vendors and market innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • 5-7 years of technology enablement experience, with at least 3 years in staffing, recruiting or professional services.
  • Proven ATS/CRM administration experience (preferably Bullhorn)
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
  • Experience integrating and managing complex tech stack with multiple integration points
  • Experience in responding to and managing helpdesk tickets with accountability for resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage automations, AI workflows, and dashboards.
  • Advanced skills with BI/analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong governance, compliance, and process documentation expertise
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
