Job Type: Full Time, exempt
Location: Remote, US
Hiring Range: $115,000-$130,000.00
Job Summary: The Manager, Technology Enablement at Whitestone is a hands-on, builder-focused role responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our internal and client-facing technology stack, including platforms like Liftoff and other online store solutions. You will manage our Web Development team, serve as the escalation point for technical issues, and ensure seamless functionality, integrations, and scalability across platforms and tools.
This role works cross-functionally with our Enterprise Solutions Specialist to align technical execution with business objectives, operationalize technology across the organization, and deliver automated, scalable solutions that improve both internal workflows and client experiences. You will also manage relationships with external IT partners, supporting infrastructure, security, and device management.
