Our Technology Strategy & Transformation are looking for a Manager to join our Auckland team.

ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU. YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:

  • At least eight years’ experience in consulting, advisory or professional services
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record in project delivery, including experience with agile delivery methods
  • A proven record of accomplishment in business process analysis and requirements gathering
  • Exposure to a range of emerging and enterprise solutions e.g. ERP /HRIS /FMIS /BI /CRM, cloud, experiential design, crowd, cognitive, RPA) to support conversations with clients about their adoption and relevance to them
  • Experience in technology operating model design, technology and /or digital strategies, enterprise architecture design
  • A good understanding of ITIL processes and service management solutions
  • Ability to analyse problems and develop effective solutions
  • Experience leading, managing and mentoring cross functional teams
  • Demonstrable capability to be self-managing and results focused
  • Exceptional communication with the ability to work across a wide variety of engagements
  • Proven experience leading technology or digital transformation
  • Experience providing guidance/advisory to clients at all levels on business transformation - advisory, business analysis, strategy, solution proposal and/or vendor/technology selection procurement processes
