Job Description Our Tenant Advisory division sits within the wider Occupier Services business which offers an unrivalled suite of property services to meet our clients' property needs. We are currently looking for a Tenant Representative who specialises in the Commercial Office asset class, to join our expanding national business at a Manager level in our Brisbane team. Key responsibilities include: - Building a profile in the Tenant Advisory business across Queensland and Nationally Servicing client requirements from developing property strategies through to execution Service existing clients and implement strategic and corporate planning objectives Play a key role in business development including prospecting, building relationships and pitching for new clients Secure new tenant representation assignments Developing a referral network and collaboration Working closely with other Occupier Services product lines to cross sell services on a national and international basis Attending client and industry events and functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge Qualifications To be considered, you will bring the following expertise to this role: - Key client account management experience, preferably within tenant representation or commercial leasing Sound understanding of the local office property market, leasing process and current market trends Strong negotiation and effective relationship management skills Proven ability to provide service excellence to clients Highly motivated and driven individual to succeed Consistently drives new business growth through strategic prospecting and engagement Current QLD Real Estate Certificate This opportunity offers you the ideal platform to step up and build your career with an established business line.
