  • Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end tender lifecycle, from tender notification and bid planning through submission, award and post-award activities.
  • Review tender requirements and develop bid plans, timelines and submission schedules.
  • Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of technical, commercial and administrative tender documentation.
  • Ensure tender submissions are accurate, compliant, competitive and submitted within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Operations, Business Units and other stakeholders throughout the bidding process.
  • Lead bid review meetings, monitor progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Review pricing schedules and commercial documentation for completeness and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procurement regulations, client requirements and tender governance procedures.
  • Identify tender-related risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Maintain tender governance, approval workflows, document controls and standardized proposal templates.
  • Track the tender pipeline, submission status, award results and overall bid performance.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards and win/loss analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tender processes, introduce best practices and support automation/digitalization initiatives.
  • Coordinate tender-related clarifications and client communications where required.
  • Support supplier registration and prequalification activities.
  • Supervise, coach and support the development of Tender Management team members.


  • Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Commercial Management or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in tender management, bid management, procurement, commercial operations or contract administration.
  • Proven experience managing complex tender submissions and government tenders.
  • Strong understanding of tender governance, procurement processes, contract documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to review pricing and tender documentation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with tender management/procurement systems is an advantage.
  • Professional certification such as CIPS, PMP, contract management or equivalent is an advantage.
