Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Own and drive development, release and maintenance of test packages. Provision of Test Engineering related work products like the test specification, test packages with different gradings for e.g. sample creation and production. Analyse and troubleshooting test results, identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with test hardware and module owners. Drive test time reduction, test yield enhancement, quality improvements, and supporting custom requirements for new product opportunities. Drive collaboration with project managers, test concept engineers and test pattern suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality TPs within project timelines. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 7+ years of relevant product/test engineering experience. Deep expertise in semiconductor process technology, with strong fab parametric test-to-yield correlation; solid DOE/SPC knowledge and process/design/test integration. Comprehensive IC lifecycle understanding across design, test validation, wafer processing, production test, quality and reliability, and yield; experienced with automotive SoC microcontrollers and applications. Hands-on ATE experience (e.g., Advantest 93K), strong UNIX skills, and proficient use of MS Office. Programming proficiency in C++, Java, and Python for test automation, data analysis, and tooling. Proven contributions to first-silicon debug, yield improvement, test-time optimization, and successful ramp to full production through close collaboration with design and test teams. Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving; effective communication and stakeholder management; independent, resourceful, and fluent in English; effective in cross-functional environments. Demonstrated leadership managing multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams, with experience in people development; consumer application background is also considered a plus. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
