SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant (preferred but not essential)
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a motivated team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and service
• Lead, train, and supervise front and back-of-house staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle any guest concerns or complaints
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and health & safety compliance
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers
• Drive revenue through promotions, events, and high service standards
• Prepare performance reports and support management in achieving business goals
