   The Repulse Bay is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences of The Verandah, a well-received restaurant serving Western cusinie. Create memorable dining experience for guests Great opportunity to work with a wonderful team and develop your career in a restaurant with high standard Highly competitive total remuneration package on offer   Key Accountabilities  Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high quality of food, beverage, and guest experience, in line with the brand standard Lead operations serving a la carte menu and banqueting Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care Manage staffing, scheduling, and on‑floor leadership to optimize service efficiency Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to deliver exceptional, warm and welcoming service Monitor costs, control inventory, and support budget and revenue targets Provide management with insights and recommendations   General requirements  Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a similar supervisory or managerial role Solid experience in a large‑scale restaurant serving Western cuisine, preferably within a hotel environment Strong background in à la carte service and banquet operations Good knowledge of wine and beverage service Experience using SevenRooms or similar reservation platforms is desirable Demonstrated leadership, communication, and people‑management skills Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities Sound business acumen with a good understanding of food and beverage market trends Good command of English and Chinese Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Restaurant Manager .responsive { width: 100%; max-width: 550px; height: auto; }
