Description
The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the EMEA Transaction Management Group. TMG team is responsible for the Structured products issuance program creation & updates, documentation of new issuances, coordinating trade settlements, listing & clearing with external parties, Management information & metrics reporting. The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, proactive and self-motivated person to assist the team in day-to-day activities. Responsible for overseeing the entire trade life cycle of including notes, certificates, warrants, from issuance and documentation to settlement and risk monitoring Perform deal reviews to ensure that all parameters are in line with trade documentation on internal systems and dealing with trade approvals using various systems and applications. Proactively monitor and resolve trade breaks, reconciliation issues, and discrepancies in a timely manner on the booking systems. Managing and monitoring the entire trade workflow and coordinating with internal teams to ensure both accurate trade capture and timely settlement Dealing with document requests and documentation reconciliation. Working closely with Sales, Trading, the COO team and Operations on matters relating to trade settlements. Continuously assess and enhance controls, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk. Drive process automation initiatives and leverage technology to streamline trade support workflows, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual intervention. MBA / CA with 5 - 6 years of experience. Candidates should have experience in structured products, but candidates with considerable experience in derivatives, repackagings or securitisations may be considered. In-depth understanding of equity or other asset-linked structured notes, warrants, certificates, trade lifecycles, and product mechanics will be preferred. Candidates must have worked in a fast-paced environment and be able to work to tight deadlines. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal relationships effectively Demonstrated experience in identifying automation opportunities and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency within trade support or transaction management functions. Familiarity with automation tools, workflow optimization, or related technologies is a strong advantage. Candidates must be organized, proactive and able to multi-task.
