This is an opportunity for the right individual to work on transactions ranging from $1m strata assets through to $100m+ freehold properties, partnering with some of the most sophisticated investors and owners in the market. The Opportunity In this role, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders Originate, manage and execute investment sales campaigns across Sydney CBD Prepare marketing submissions, sales agency agreements and client reports Collaborate closely with internal service lines to maximise opportunities Actively pursue new business and contribute to individual and team revenue targets Maintain a strong presence in the market and a deep understanding of emerging trends Qualifications About You You will bring: 3+ years’ experience in commercial property or investment sales A current NSW Real Estate Licence Strong understanding of the Sydney investment market Proven ability to generate business and manage client relationships High-quality presentation, negotiation and communication skills If the above resonates with you, and you want to accelerate your career within a market leading team, please call Tom Keady on 0439 147 720.
