POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Store Manager to lead our team in delivering an outstanding client experience. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure that the store runs smoothly while reflecting the mission and values of our brand.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of retail management experience (specialty or intimate apparel preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • Proven customer service excellence with the ability to resolve issues thoughtfully and in line with brand values.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills.
  • Experience in merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in POS and basic retail management systems.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak seasons.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
