Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.   About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to join the resort’s Advertising and Brand Marketing team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Trade Strategy: Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives to strengthen channel performance and support incremental bookings. * Partner Engagement: Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and distribution partners to increase brand advocacy and conversion. * Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver co-branded campaigns, promotions, and trade activations across digital and offline channels in collaboration with key partners. * Sales Enablement: Develop sales toolkits, training programs, and trade collateral to support sales teams and enhance partner product knowledge. * Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance and partner contribution, delivering insights and optimization recommendations to maximize ROI on B2B channels. * Event Coordination: Plan and support trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, and partner events to elevate brand presence and market visibility. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and execution. * Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and partner insights to inform strategy and maintain a competitive advantage. * Channel Audit: Conduct regular audits across all trade channels to ensure imagery, content, and brand assets remain current, consistent, and on-brand. * Budget Management: Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and measurable commercial impact. * Reporting: Deliver regular performance updates to senior leadership, including campaign outcomes,  ROI, and partner engagement metrics.   About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality or travel industry. * Proven success in managing B2B marketing campaigns and partner relationships. * Strong understanding of distribution channels and travel trade dynamics. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. * Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments. * Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.   About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
