Description
This role is to build organizational capability, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Training Design and Solutions Manager will oversee all aspects of employee training programs, including onboarding, technical skills development, compliance training, leadership development, and technology/data/AI training, while managing our Learning Management System (LMS). Key Responsibilities: Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and acceleration to productivity. Develop and maintain technical skills training curricula aligned with organizational needs and industry standards. Create and coordinate compliance and regulatory training programs, ensuring all employees meet legal and industry requirements. Develop emerging technology, data literacy, and AI training to keep the organization competitive and skilled Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), including system administration, course creation, user management, and reporting Assess training effectiveness through metrics, surveys, and feedback, continuously improving program quality. Develop and manage the training budget, identifying cost-effective solutions and vendor partnerships. Ensuring the training data which is met the criteria of Department of skill development. Partner with department leaders to identify skills gaps and translate business needs into training initiatives. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Organization Development Design, Training Design, Learning and Development or related field. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field Proven experience designing and delivering training programs across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, self-paced). Certification in instructional design (IDOL, ATD, or similar) with experience with technology, data, or AI training programs are preferred. Experience managing training teams or contractors with hands-on experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS). Proficiency with learning analytics and training metrics.
