As the Training Manager for Marketing, you will be responsible for the analysis, development and facilitation of consistent training materials to support brand standards alongside the needs within the Marketing division at Hilton Grand Vacations. You will participate in the development of content and onboarding marketing new hires and development of the Marketing team members. This is a role that collaborates with the field to analyze and implements training programs to support the business objectives of the Marketing Team. You will foster an environment of outstanding guest service for our owners, guests, and team members and will achieve this through living the HILTON values with our internal and external partners.
