Requirements Job Summary: The Manager, Training Programs leads the planning, execution, and oversight of organizational training programs / initiatives that equip clinical staff with the knowledge, skills and resources to deliver high quality, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for managing a team of trainers, driving program effectiveness, aligning training strategies with business goals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Duties & Responsibilities: Training Oversight: · Acts as a strategic partner to leadership in assessing the company’s training methods, training content, and training deployment and providing recommendations for improvement aligned to the company’s business model and growth trajectory · Partners with department leaders and subject matter experts to understand clinic/department training needs and training gaps; proposes solution-centered ideas to the Training department’s leadership · Identifies and applies training and design strategies that result in the successful achievement of the company’s performance goals and compliance requirements · Ensures training programs are standard, scalable, and adaptable to changing business needs · Ongoingly reviews approved budget spend and resource allocation to ensure proper deployment and utilization in alignment with training department goals and objectives · Leads and develops a team of training professionals (i.e., field trainers and instructional designers) Training Development & Deployment: · Collaborates with the Head of Training & Director Training on the design, delivery and execution of training programs for continuous improvement · Provides feedback on training quality, adoption, effectiveness and results in driving outstanding patient care · Directs the use of technology platforms, learning management systems, and e-learning tools · Ensures all training activities comply with HIPAA, QUADA, company policies, and quality standards · Acts as a liaison between training teams and clinic/department leaders to ensure alignment of training programs with operational needs/priorities · Promotes adoption of learning technologies and modern instructional practices across the organization · Champions a culture of continuous learning across all levels of the organization Supervisory Responsibilisities: · Provides direction, coaching, and performance management of trainers across clinical and call center operations · Leads recruitment, onboarding, and development of new Training staff building a future talent pipeline for succession planning · Fosters a collaborative, innovative, and accountable team culture aligned with Mia Aesthetics Core Values & Service Values Required Skills/Abilities: · Strong management, team building and change management skills · Strong communication skills (verbal and written) across all levels of the organization · Strong organization and project management skills · Strong background in instructional design and curriculum development · Ability to guide a training team in developing, designing, and creating content in support of leadership’s strategic direction · Ability to measure, analyze, and validate the value of programs to the business (i.e., data analysis) · Proficient at problem solving independently and collaboratively within/across teams Education & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Training & Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field · Three plus (3+) years of work-related experience including managing teams · Proficiency of MS Office Suite · Experience in managing various learning management systems (Articulate 360 preferred) and software (i.e., Canva, Photoshop) · Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering multiple phone calls per day · Must be able to lift up to 10-20 pounds at times Travel Requirements: · Up to 50% travel to outside clinic locations for training purposes
