Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to assist and support Head Tax and finance team with Transfer Pricing implementation by all Group entities / branches and make sure that Group is compliant with legislative requirements in Transfer Pricing

Roles & Responsibilities

  • “Formulate TRansfer Pricing policy and procedure
  • Own all statutory tax compliances, review tax returns and reporting and review financial statement tax disclosures
  • Liaise with external tax advisors and tax authorities for Audits, litigations etc.
  • Define global standard process for determining and meeting WHT compliances
  • Train & upskill finance team members together with BU leads
  • BU business operating models and ongoing support (various contracts reviews, advice on operating models, profit margines, TP methods, etc.)
  • WHT management (e.g. assistance with TRC applications / TRC receipts to mitigate double taxation, consideration / inclusion of a Tax Gross Up clause in the existing contracts / new contracts, where possible etc.).
  • New business operations review "
  • “Own all statutory transfer pricing compliances, review tax returns and reporting and review financial statement tax disclosures in line with effective tax legislation/ prescribed timelines (e.g. CBC Report & Notifications, Master File, Local Files, Disclosure Forms etc.).
  • Prepare/file in a timous manner clarifications / responses to any tax related audit, query by local tax authority etc.

KPIs

  • Timely assistance to make sure TP matters are managed efficiently and without extra cost
  • Timely filing returns with payment, timely submission of tax related compliance documentation

Work experience requirement

  • 9+ Years experience in Transfer pricing
  • 6-7 years in Big4 firms

Qualification
Bachelors/Post graduate degree in finance, accouting and tax.
Any other Financial qualification.
