Description
Lead the planning and implementation of projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Track project milestones and deliverables. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and formulate contingency plans. Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience with progressive levels of accountability and responsibility in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, OPEX, project/program management and/or related support functions. Must be US Citizen Master's degree from an accredited institution. Strong financial and business acumen. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Attention to detail. Strong collaborative skills with the proven ability to drive change and leadership ownership/accountability.
