Location – Parramatta Transitional Centre
Employment type – Ongoing
Salary – $129,464 - $142,666 pa plus superannuation and leave loading

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Tertiary qualifications in a human services related field (or equivalent experience in frontline human service delivery).
  • Working with Children Check
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency
  • Demonstrated conflict management, negotiation, people and resource management skills

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

Parramatta Transitional Centre houses female inmates working towards their integration into the community. As a Manager at Parramatta Transitional Centre, your role is to lead and manage operations and administration within a Transitional Centre to support effective rehabilitation, reduce re-offending, and enhance community safety. Provide leadership and staff development while fostering a collaborative, ethical, and high-performing workplace to deliver quality outcomes and meet organisational goals.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Oversee planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of support services that enable residents to successfully reintegrate into the community
  • Provide strong leadership and coaching to staff, fostering professional growth, teamwork, ethical behaviour, and a high-performance culture
  • Ensure services are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while meeting organisational and community safety objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated reintegration support
  • Manage business and administrative requirements for a diverse offender base, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.
