Job Summary The Establishment Team is responsible for designing, setting up, and implementing the structures and capabilities required to enable Unilever’s Ice Cream business to operate as a fully functioning standalone company. The TSA Team oversees and coordinates all interactions related to the Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) between TMICC and Unilever, while closely monitoring the associated financials. In this role, you will be responsible for managing TSA budgets, forecasts, the monthly billing cycle, and related cash flows. You will also track change requests across various workstreams, ensuring scope, exit dates, and costs are accurately captured, and contribute to monthly reporting for Leadership Teams and Steering Boards. The successful candidate will bring strong finance and project management expertise, exceptional attention to detail, analytical capability, and a passion for driving both financial and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities As Manager TSA Coordinator, you will: Develop annual TSA Budgets, prepare monthly forecast and variance analysis Review proposed monthly billing, validate variances, and follow up on necessary corrections. Track monthly change requests and exits, ensuring accurate reflection in the billing cycle and related reports. Prepare Cashflow reports for Treasury on monthly interim operating model billing, including outstanding, due, and overdue receivables and payables. Deliver monthly TSA KPI reports for Leadership Team and SteerCo meetings. Help design, set up, and maintain monthly dashboards (PowerBI). Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to provide timely updates. Ensure accurate cost allocation and financial reporting in line with governance standards. Experience & Qualifications 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting. CA/Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields. Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred); familiarity with Power BI is an advantage Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with strong knowledge of working capital management. Detail‑oriented with strong project management and organizational skills. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a structured approach to financial governance Core Competencies Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data, identify variances, and provide actionable insights. Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and consistency in reporting and data management. Communication: Clear, concise, and professional interaction with stakeholders at all levels. Teamwork: Collaborates effectively within a multi‑disciplinary and cross‑functional environment. Problem-Solving: Proactively addresses operational issues and escalates appropriately when required.
