DESCRIPTION

Oversee and manage all activities associated with research in a specific specialty area of Swedish Medical Center including overall fiscal staffing responsibilities, development and growth of the program, allocation of resources (physical and human) to meet objectives of research goals, and compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of funding agencies and institution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree Science, nursing, business management, healthcare or related field
• 2 years Healthcare, science or related field including research experience and a broad range of administrative responsibilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• In a clinical environment
