• Define and communicate a compelling UI/UX vision and strategy aligned with Care’s mission and business goals.
• Identify design opportunities by analysing user needs, healthcare/wellness trends, and competitive landscapes to enhance usability, user satisfaction, and market differentiation.
• Advocate for design excellence within the organisation, building strong cross-functional relationships and influencing product direction.

Care is looking for a passionate and experienced Manager, UI/UX to lead our design team in the fast-evolving healthcare and wellness space. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who is both strategic and collaborative, eager to shape impactful user experiences across our digital health ecosystem.
As the Manager, UI/UX , you will own the design strategy and guide your team in delivering seamless, user-centred solutions that serve our patients, clinicians, and corporate clients. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure our products not only look great but also feel intuitive and accessible.
