Manager Up Marketing Manager
We are looking for a professional with experience to join the Digital Marketing & Analytics team at Deloitte Digital in our Milan office, working in a Hybrid mode.
At Deloitte Digital, we specialize in defining strategy and digital transformation journeys for our Clients, enabling new operating models increasingly focused on delivering a distinctive Experience.
You will be involved in supporting the CEO and Top Management in enhancing profitability and achieving operational excellence in the business model.

WINNING REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in performance marketing and analytics, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related tools such as BigQuery, Data Studio, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in designing and managing customer loyalty programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will play a strategic role: leading a team, sharing their expertise and approach, and being responsible for client relationships, fostering business development. He/She will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including Paid and Owned channels (e.g. Social Media, Display, Email, App, etc.).
  • Lead the Marketing & Analytics team in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, using advanced techniques such as Marketing Mix Modeling.
  • Work on Customer Data Platform (e.g. based on Google Cloud) to manage and analyse large datasets.
  • Lead the design of customer loyalty / egnagement programs for B2C customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, data scientist, to develop a comprehensive Digital Marketing offering for B2C Clients across different industries (mainly, but not limited to, Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel and Energy & Utilities).
  • Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
