You will strategize and implement initiatives that align with market needs, fostering key partnerships across healthcare systems. Your leadership will inspire a field-based team to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction in a remote setting. \n Accountabilities Lead and manage the field-based Connected Health service team. Assist the sales team in positioning digital health solutions. Develop account-specific strategies based on customer needs. Drive product adoption through collaboration with commercial sales teams. Formulate service sales strategies and identify obstacles to management. Communicate effectively with sales and support teams to develop best practices. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related IT field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management and digital healthcare solutions. Strong background in IT applications and infrastructure within a healthcare setting. High energy level and confidence in interactions. Experience in supporting mission-critical software deployment. Analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. PMP Project Management certification preferred. EPIC experience and/or certification preferred.
