Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with commercial & service leaders to lead global roll-out of new billable and contract service offerings for a $300M+ analytical solution services business
  • Provide regular updates to PerkinElmer senior executives and board level leadership on roll-out considerations, timelines & impact delivery
  • Assess and refine business cases for new billable and contract service offerings, including assessing sequencing considerations & roll-out complexities
  • Lead detailed roll-out planning for new offerings, collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders, including in service delivery, sales & IT, to ensure successful launches in all regions
  • Develop internal and external communications to support understanding of new offerings
  • Collaborate closely with pricing & product teams to monitor performance vs target on pricing goals and to review and address pricing issues as needed to support growth
  • Assess implementation results and course correct as needed to deliver expected EBITDA impact
  • Partner with Value Creation Office & business leadership to assess and deliver other planned service portfolio enhancements, including launch of potential key accounts program
  • Build deep services business understanding and partner with commercial & service delivery leaders to identify additional attractive opportunities for profitable growth
