Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables •    Managing/lead CFT team for vehicle technical data sharing and discussion.•    Managing field operations, documentation along with data analysis.•    Idea pool generation for vehicle performance & Fuel Efficiency improvements.•    Identifying risks affecting powertrain losses and analyzing with proposed solutions.•    Report preparation and highlighting risk/gaps to leadership team.•    Knowledge on verification & validation of automotive standards & Processes.•    Knowledge of vehicle aerodynamics: Minimize drag to reduce road load during coast down.•    Knowledge of Drivetrain Efficiency (Axle, Transmission, Engine, etc): Reduce mechanical losses in the powertrain system.•    Knowledge of vehicle frictional losses (Tyre, Brake, Propshaft, wheel ends, etc.) to improve coast down and DTL.•    Hands on experience of simulation of Vehicle performance prediction.o    Knowledge of complete Vehicle aggregate of CV vehicle for functionality as well as Power train in terms of efficiency & Effectiveness.o    Knowledge of Conducting “DTL & Coast down trails” – In Simuluation as well as physical measurement and analyzing these data points & come out with Contribution analysis.•    Knowledge of simulation software like GT suite, AVL cruise, etc.•    Knowledge of electric vehicle (EPT performance and Battey range prediction)•    Testing and Validation: Ensure compliance with WLTP and real-world performance.•    Knowledge of vehicle test standards for Commercial vehicle•    Having sound knowledge on Physical Measurement of FE in Various Emission Cycles.Experience 10-12 yearsIndustry Preferred Qualifications BE/ ME (Electrical and Electronics)General Requirements 1.GT Suite2.Matlab3.Power BI4.CANOE, CAN, Analyzer5.Data Analysis6.Advanced Excel7.Electric Vehicle Systems8.Problem solving9.Customer Focus10.Multitasking11.Agility12.Team PlayerOur commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion At Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, we believe that diversity drives innovation, and inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.
