Job Description: Lead and mentor a team of verification engineers across block, subsystem, and SoC levels. Define and drive the verification strategy, methodology, and execution plan to achieve project quality and coverage goals. Oversee the development of SystemVerilog/UVM test environments for complex SoCs. Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency in regression management, coverage closure, and debug analysis. Collaborate with architecture, design, and validation teams to ensure functional completeness and system performance targets. Track project deliverables, verification metrics, and schedule adherence. Provide technical reviews, guidance, and problem-solving support to the team. Identify and implement process improvements, reuse strategies, and best practices across verification projects. Participate in talent development — including hiring, mentoring, and upskilling of team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. 12–15 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in team or project leadership. Strong hands-on expertise in SystemVerilog/UVM for module and SoC-level verification. Solid understanding of AMBA and PCIe protocols. Good grasp of Digital Electronics, ASIC design flow, and verification methodologies. Experience with C/C++ for verification or modeling is a plus. Familiarity with simulation acceleration, emulation, or formal verification preferred. Working knowledge of AI/ML and automation scripting (Python/TCL/Perl) desirable. Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented.
