Reporting to the Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.     Key responsibilities:   Supervise a team to handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters independently for portfolio of clients (including listed/private companies) Draft and review announcements and circulars Take the lead in organizing and facilitating meetings of directors and various committees and general meetings as well as preparing related papers/minutes and related materials Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies Ensure all statutory rules and regulatory requirements are met Assist Seniors to research technical issue Keep abreast of changes in regulatory compliance laws, rules and regulations, and advising clients of the operational impact and corporate governance matters Help developing new products/selling opportunities Assist Seniors to perform management duties e.g. training, staff development and recruitment etc Work with the team lead to achieve the business goal and financial objectives of the department To build and maintain a professional long-term relationship with internal & external Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor/Seniors     Key requirements:   Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting or other relevant disciplines Member of HKCGI/CGI 8-year company secretarial experience; preferably with sizeable professional firms or listed companies experience Solid knowledge and well-versed in Hong Kong listing rules and other relevant regulatory requirements for both listed and non-listed companies but not essential Knowledge in ViewPoint 7.5 is preferred Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented Experienced in supervising and coaching team members Excellent command of spoken and written English with fluent spoken Mandarin   Company Benefits:   At our HK office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first!
