Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Be responsible for overseeing all the warehouse operations (RM, IM, FG, chemicals, gas, express deliveries, equipment, adhesives, etc.) for designated manufacturing site. * Be responsible for the full lifecycle, operational processes and application systems of adhesive materials. * Manage and develop a strong warehouse team * Maximize warehouse utilization and build a smart warehouse. Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field. * 8+ years of working experience in manufacturing company with 5+ years of warehouse management/leadership experience. * Using Oracle ERP/WMS is preferred. Skills * Ability to work in high volume and pressure. * Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to lead and manage a team in warehousing working environment is an advantage. * Good computing skills, preferably with Microsoft Office * Work with a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and competency. * Self-motivated with good time management and organization skills * Ability to drive forklift is a plus. * Good at English Communication & writing skills. Good at Mandarin is a plus. * In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse * Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics * Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications Working Conditions * Works in standard office/manufacturing environment. * Exposure to a variety of compounds, solvents and chemicals.
