Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Be responsible for overseeing all the warehouse operations (RM, IM, FG, chemicals, gas, express deliveries, equipment, adhesives, etc.) for designated manufacturing site. Be responsible for the full lifecycle, operational processes and application systems of adhesive materials. Manage and develop a strong warehouse team Maximize warehouse utilization and build a smart warehouse. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field. 8+ years of working experience in manufacturing company with 5+ years of warehouse management/leadership experience. Using Oracle ERP/WMS is preferred. Skills Ability to work in high volume and pressure. Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lead and manage a team in warehousing working environment is an advantage. Good computing skills, preferably with Microsoft Office Work with a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and competency. Self-motivated with good time management and organization skills Ability to drive forklift is a plus. Good at English Communication & writing skills. Good at Mandarin is a plus. In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications Working Conditions Works in standard office/manufacturing environment. Exposure to a variety of compounds, solvents and chemicals. Safety Requirements All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards.
