As Manager, Wealth Delivery & Support, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by optimizing the operational backbone of our Financial Planner teams. Your leadership will ensure that support functions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our mission to deliver exceptional member experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, leadership, and financial services and is passionate about building high-performing teams and seamless processes.   What You’ll Do Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team Coach and mentor a team of Financial Associates to deliver member-centric service and operational excellence Foster strong relationships with Financial (MFDA) and Wealth Planners (IIROC) to ensure alignment and collaboration Drive engagement, retention, and skill development through structured coaching and performance management Optimize Operations for Scale Design and implement scalable support processes that reduce administrative friction and boost productivity Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and adopt tools that enhance efficiency Build operating models and resource plans to support business growth and evolving member needs Coordinate with Dealer Back-Office Serve as the key liaison with WorldSource Wealth Management and dealer back-office teams Oversee documentation, compliance submissions, account administration, and service escalations Resolve operational bottlenecks and align workflows with compliance standards and timelines Enhance Member Experience Ensure consistent execution of calendar management, outreach, and follow-ups by Financial Associates Support business development, portfolio maintenance, and member retention through optimized processes Develop effective referral practices across investment, insurance, small business, and mortgage channels Ensure Compliance and Risk Management Validate that all operational activities meet regulatory and internal compliance standards Lead audit readiness and data integrity initiatives Drive remediation efforts when operational gaps or risks are identified   What You Bring Post-secondary education in business, finance, operations, or a related field 7+ years of experience in financial services, including 2+ years in a leadership role Deep understanding of front-office and back-office operations in an investment dealer or financial planning environment Proven success in process improvement and operational scalability Familiarity with CRM systems, workflow automation, and dealer platforms (e.g., Dataphile, Univeris) Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Conquest Planning, PlanPlus, Navi Plan) is an asset Strong interpersonal, coaching, and change management skills Ability to lead with strategic foresight and execute day-to-day operations effectively Commitment to enhancing support functions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment   Ready to Lead the Future of Wealth Operations?If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and team development, we’d love to hear from you.
