Responsibilities
  • Marketing strategy: Execute wholesale marketing campaigns aligned to the regional strategy and consistent with Calvin Klein EMEA’s business goals.
  • POS asset adaptation: Adapt wholesale global campaign toolkits and marketing assets for the EMEA region, turning them into channel-appropriate POS solutions that reflect regional requirements and commercial priorities.
  • Regional alignment: Coordinate with Hub wholesale marketing teams, ensuring cross-Hub consistency in brand messaging and positioning.
  • Campaign development: Lead the execution of wholesale POS marketing campaigns in EMEA, coordinating with GTM Planning & Content and Commercial Strategy - Media teams to align on campaign logistics and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Campaign performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights and ROI metrics. Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates.
  • Leadership reporting: Provide regular reports to the Senior Manager POS DTC & Wholesale Marketing on key marketing performance indicators and business impact.
  • Continuous improvement: Implement and exploit new systems and processes to continually increase team efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
