WHAT’S THE ROLE?

You’ll be the strategic force behind how Westpac Institutional Bank (WIB) manages financial crime risk—designing frameworks that are not only compliant, but scalable, sustainable, and built for the future. This role is all about creating clarity in complexity: aligning with regulatory standards across Australia and New Zealand, embedding a ‘single view of risk,’ and driving smarter decision-making across the business.
You’ll collaborate with sharp minds, influence across teams, and help shape the way we protect our customers and our reputation. It’s full-time, based in Sydney, with flexibility to work your way.

• Framework fluency : You’ve worked with financial crime risk frameworks and know how to build, align, and evolve them to meet regulatory and business needs.
