You'll play a key role in helping our frontline teams deliver an easier, more seamless experience for members through sharp forecasting, smart capacity planning, and insights that drive action. The real opportunity is in elevating how data, reporting and insights are used across the business. Working closely with the Service & Experience Leadership Team, Data Office and key enterprise stakeholders, you'll help leaders move beyond understanding what has happened, to understanding why it happened, what it means, and what action should be taken next. Whether it's identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, improving performance or helping leaders navigate complex problems, you're at your best when using insights to influence action and drive better outcomes. You're energised by the opportunity to shape how an organisation uses data, reporting and workforce intelligence. You know how to move beyond simply reporting the numbers, helping leaders understand what's really happening, why it matters, and what should happen next. Just as importantly, you're someone who enjoys lifting the capability of others. You can bring together analysts, planners and stakeholders around a common goal, create clarity in complex environments, and build a culture where insight leads to action. You will bring: * Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of coaching, developing and uplifting capability in specialist teams * Exceptional experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence or insights functions within a complex operational environment * Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear insights, recommendations and actions that influence business outcomes * Experience developing reporting frameworks, dashboards or performance reporting that support operational and strategic decision making * Workforce planning experience, including forecasting, capacity planning and workforce optimisation * Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across multiple teams and functions * Confidence working with data, analytics and reporting tools, and partnering with technical teams to achieve business outcomes * Pragmatic, commercially minded and outcomes-focused approach * Most importantly, you'll be someone who can help leaders move beyond the numbers and confidently decide what action to take next   Think Great.
