PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:
This role is responsible for driving the WFM projects and processes by owning the co-ordination, planning and communication of training and testing prior to roll-out. Reviewing and consulting Europe retail teams store payroll budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling tools/processes within the store environment to improve operational efficiency and ensuring adidas policies and Europe Retail Operations standards are implemented as well as enhanced when opportunity arises.
The role will focus on optimization of PEX within stores across our Europe retail business by ensuring efficient processes and allocation of resources within the store environment and budget to maximize business performance across own retail and supporting our franchise business partners with appropriate guidance.
