Jointly owned by TAQA, ADNOC and Mubadala, Masdar is driving the scale-up of renewables worldwide, targeting a portfolio capacity of 100GW by 2030 Job Description To design, lead, and embed a forward-looking workforce planning framework that ensures Masdar has the right capabilities, in the right roles, at the right time—supporting both current operations and long-term transformation goals. It also leads the coordination of manpower budgeting and resource planning in collaboration with P&C, finance, and senior management, contributing to enhanced organizational agility, Emiratization efforts, and talent sustainability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering or related field MBA or Master’s in HR, Finance, Business Analytics or related discipline preferred Certification in workforce planning or HR analytics (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HCI SWP) Additional Information 6- 8 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, budgeting, or organizational strategy in large or fast-paced organizations Finance or business planning exposure, especially: Budget forecasting and monitoring, Cost modeling (e.g., salaries, benefits, costs), working with finance teams on annual plans and long-term workforce projections Proven success in designing and executing workforce planning frameworks with enterprise impact Experience advising senior leadership on talent capacity, cost scenarios, and future-readiness As part of the application process, we will collect, store and process personal information about you.
