Applications are invited for the position of Manager Workforce Services, based at Council’s Administration Centre. The successful applicant shall lead Council’s Workforce Services section in meeting Council’s organisational development, employee communications and engagement, staff training, workforce planning, leadership/career development, performance management, recruitment, staff attraction and retention, Risk & Work Health Safety, Staff Wellbeing objectives, and shall work with Council’s Director Corporate and Community Services in building a results focused performance based culture .

Employment will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Local Government (State) Award 2023. The classification for the position will be in a range up to Professional/Specialist Band 3, Level 4, Grade 19 to Band 3, Level 3, Grade 20. Salary will be in accordance with qualifications and experience, and will be in a range from $2,213.80 to $2,455.43 gross per week.
