YOUR ROLE
The Manager, Workplace Planning, is responsible for managing the development of evidence-based strategic accommodation planning to help inform infrastructure investment priorities and asset management activities across DCJ’s leased offices portfolio to ensure the office portfolio is safe and fit-for-purpose accommodation for DCJ staff and judiciary officers, as well as ensuring the portfolio’s health in line with NSW Government Accommodation Standards and KPIs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As part of the Capital Planning and Investment team within Infrastructure and Assets division, you are responsible for but not limited to:
Assess the leased asset portfolio and identify areas of improvement / efficiency. Identify and create a 4-year rolling infrastructure plan for our leased asset portfolio. (reducing rent, reducing space, consolidating, refurbishments and improvements of office space)
