Drive Business Rhythms: Own end-to-end management of OKRs, leadership reviews, and key performance reports for Xbox. Deliver Insights & Analysis: Define new KPIs, build frameworks, and perform ad hoc analysis to inform growth strategies for the Xbox ecosystem. Enable Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as a connective tissue across stakeholder teams, ranging from Planning to Finance to Product. Help manage project timelines and ensure accountability. Model Business Performance: Create and iterate models that forecast business performance and support strategic decisions. Shape Communication: Develop executive-ready decks, craft clear written narratives, and represent the team in key forums (e.g., leadership stand-ins when needed). 3+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience OR equivalent experience. 4+ years in corporate finance, business planning, or similar analytical roles. Analytical fluency - comfort working with financials, KPIs, and data-driven recommendations. Experience delivering high-quality outputs on initiatives with senior leadership visibility. Proven ability to take high-level guidance and build out a structured work plan. High quality communication and relationship-building skills, including experience working with diverse stakeholder teams. A growth mindset and a willingness to experiment, learn, and iterate. Experience in gaming or consumer technology. Background running key leadership business rhythms (e.g., OKRs, reviews, performance reports).
