Description

This role plays a critical part in balancing supply and demand, minimizing stock-outs, reducing excess inventory, and supporting business growth across multiple retail channels. Supply Planning & Inventory Management * Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business objectives. * Ensure optimal inventory levels across distribution centers and stores. * Monitor inventory health including stock cover, slow-moving items, and excess inventory. * Drive replenishment strategies to maintain high product availability. Vendor & Production Coordination * Collaborate with sourcing and vendor management teams to ensure timely production and delivery. * Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and order fulfillment. * Resolve supply disruptions and recommend contingency plans. Allocation & Replenishment * Oversee allocation of stock to stores based on demand patterns, store capacity, and sales performance. * Ensure efficient replenishment cycles to support store operations. * Optimize stock distribution to maximize sell-through and minimize markdowns. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with Demand Planning and Merchandising teams to align supply with forecasted demand. * Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth product flow. * Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. Performance Monitoring & Reporting * Track supply planning KPIs and identify improvement opportunities. * Analyze supply chain performance, inventory turnover, and service levels. * Provide regular reports and insights to senior management. Process Improvement & Systems * Drive continuous improvement in supply planning processes and tools. * Support implementation and optimization of supply chain planning systems. * Ensure data accuracy and planning discipline across teams.
