JOB SUMMARY :
This Manager for Product Content Design is responsible for leading and scaling a team of designers who create and optimize product content for Lowe’s PDP. The role ensures consistent, repeatable design execution while aligning with business objectives and customer needs. This position drives creative strategy, partners with business and technology teams, and ensures flawless execution of product content design initiatives.
The Manager will lead team performance management, drive operational excellence through streamlined processes, and oversee vendor relationships as needed. This role also requires balancing hands-on creative direction with people management and strategic planning. Staying updated on digital commerce trends, design technologies, customer behavior, and emerging AI-driven design solutions is essential to deliver impactful product content that supports Lowe’s overall growth strategy.
