Role & Required Skills Role - Lead end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications and modules. Design and customise ServiceNow Service Portals, ensuring comprehensive coverage of platform features. Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins. Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes. Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business logic and developed code. Ensure quality assurance by adhering to best practices, standards, and security protocols. Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance purposes. Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and recommend improvements. Skills - Must-have: Minimum 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies Proficiency in client and server-side scripting, including JavaScript amiliarity with different SCDL workflows Excellent time management and communication skills Experience in team leadership Preferred: ServiceNow CSA certification Micro certification in Service Portal VOIS Equal Opportunity Employer Commitment India: VOIS is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
